Interesting!

At GenCon 2004, Carl Davis is presenting a seminar on creating an adventure suitable for a convention event.  The focus is taking an existing campaign module and tailoring it to match the needs of a convention.

The PDF version of the talk may be found at: http://www.webcommando.com/newsite/images/stories/creatingadventureseminar04.pdf

I've attended GenCon since the beginning of the 90's.  In this time, I've enjoyed many seminars and events.  At some point, I decided to do my own events; primarily after having several game masters cancel events with little notice.

Believe me (and the other people waiting patiently), this wasn't fun.  So I decided to run my own events.  Most have been based on D&D and DragonLance.  I've run many of the same events over the years.

Below is a list of links to some of the descriptions for events I've run over time.

Thanks,
Carl
