PROGRAM ICON HTML Easy! Pro Ver. 1.3 -- Basic Concepts Studio

Found: http:/www.seed.net.tw/~Emilkylin

Overview:

Nice features Found in this package include:

User customizable floating tool box
This is a very useful feature that allows the user to put the most used tags into a floating tool box. No more hunting for that LI, DT, of DD tag.
User definable "Macros"
The macros are text strings which can be defined and inserted into the document. These are very useful for link text which is used often or for adding unsupported tags.
Table and Netscape extensions support
The package includes some single click buttons to add table tags. Unfortunatly, there is no editor or dialog which steps the user through the use of tables. In addition, some Netscape extensions (including IMG attributes) are supported.

Missing/Poorly Implemented Features:

Overwrote file on a "save changes" dialog
The system overwrote one file with another in the same editing session. This occurred when saving two files while exiting the program
Lack of help with attributes
Except for the few Netscape extension supported (color, textures, and fonts), the package lacks any dialogs or help for adding attributes to tags.

Conclusion:

HTML Easy! is a strait forward editor. The menu structure and tool bar are simple and useful. The package has a few good points, but overall falls into the middle of the pack. However, this is the ideal package if your looking for Chinese language support (a native version is available).
